Naomi, Erin and Caroline chose four girls to mentor and guide as members of their teams.
Over eight weeks, the three teams competed in a series of real life fashion industry challenges for some of Britain’s best known brands. Get ready for photo shoots, catwalk shows and commercials galore! Sky Living TV.
The winner will become the face of Max factor False Lash Effect mascara.

JUST three days after she was crowned winner of The Face 2013, Naomi Campbell's protégée Emma Holmes has become a Max Factor model.She joins other world class beauties including Candice Swanepoel and Gwyneth Paltrow who front campaigns for the make-up giant.Emma has become the face of its False Lash Effect mascara Christmas ads after beating 24 other models on the Sky Living series over eight gruelling weeks. “I still don’t think it has quite sunk in," says the Canterbury teenager. "I never imagined in a million years that I would be in an advertising campaign for Max Factor at just 18 years old." In the modelling competition three supermodels - Naomi Campbell, Caroline Winberg and Erin O'Connor - coach teams of wannabe models to find the "face" of 2013. Emma was on Naomi's team and she says, "I cannot thank Naomi enough for everything she has taught me. It may have been tough at times but I know that Naomi wanted me to always be the best that I could possibly be and I could not have done it without her. "I can’t wait to find out what my future in the modelling world holds for me.” Max Factor make-up artist Caroline Barnes and Max Factor Creative Director Scott Bradley were the deciding judges on the final and set the final four models a variety of tasks including stutting on a catwalk.
