Once inside the racecourse, you can get further information from any of the blue kiosks located around the Grandstand or ask one of the Stewards.

2:00pm - Royal Procession
2:30pm - First race
5:35pm - Last race
6:00pm-6:30pm - Bandstand singing (Grandstand Admission enclosure only)
7:00pm - Silver Ring band finishes
9:00pm - Car and coach parks close

Throughout Royal Ascot, a traffic management plan will be in place. You are advised to follow the AA route signage to your selected car park on the day, rather than use your Satellite Navigation. For the fastest route to your car park please follow the coloured routes as shown on your car park label.

Gates open at 10.30am so please arrive as early as possible, and before midday to get the best view for Her Majesty The Queen's arrival. Please note these routes may differ from previous years in order to reduce traffic congestion.

Course crossings from the Coach Park and Heath will close at 1:40pm every day, with a limited service thereafter.

The evening – brainchild of Mrs. Franca Sozzani, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Italia, and Mr. Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties – offered fashion shows, exhibitions, interactive events, celebrity appearances and, of course, plenty of shopping opportunities. A portion of the proceeds from this fabulous fashion night, which attracted fashionistas from all over the world, goes to Dubai Cares, a philanthropic organization working to improve quality primary education in developing countries, giving this great celebration of fashion a humanitarian purpose. The Stars converge on Birmingham for the 7th Annual Movie Video and Screen Awards on Saturday 2nd November at the International Convention Centre, in what can only be described as one of the glitziest, most glamour nights the city's awards calendar. Starting with a reception for the stars at the Hilton Brindley Place the celebrities were transported by Phantom Rolls Royce’s provided by Individual cars to the ICC for the red carpet reception which was hosted by former Mr England Vaughan Bailey. Celebrities from Television, Film and Sports were all present, The red carpet was a buzzed with photographers and press snapping away as the celebrities as they donned the red carpet with some stunning outfits as all came prepared to what was going to be a spectacular night.

Awards on the night went to EastEnders, Holby City Ice Cream Girls,(full List provided below) Special awards were given to Carl McIntosh of Loose Ends for his contribution to British Soul Music,. Rudolph Walker, Hugh Quarshie for their contribution to screen and the Queen of the African Silver Screen Omotola for her contribution and influence to black cinema. Performances came from Marquis Romelle, Julie Dexter who rock the capacity crowd. Cleo Higgins who left the audience wondering why she did not win the Voice UK delivered a stunning rendition of don’t let go . Loose Ends close the show with a performance of the classic Hanging on a String.

The night ended with an After party at the New Rep theatre where the crow partied to the early hours of the morning, Djs on the night were E Double D, Wil Johnson, Sasha Brooks, Stone Heart and the man himself Dean Alexander. Overall this year’s MViSAs was spectacular and we are looking forward to 2014. Source MVSA.

Casting: Extras Wanted for Mission Ipossible 5

Ethan Hunt has is back for another Mission Impossible. Paramount Pictures agreed on a deal with famous actor Tom Cruise to star and produce a 5th installment in the Mission Impossible franchise. The three-time Academy Award nominee and three-time Golden Globe Award winner whose films have earned in excess of eight billion dollars worldwide will be back as Ethan Hunt and also might serve as the producer alongside J.J Abrams. Mission Impossible 5 will have a $60 million budget with the hopes that it beats Ghost Protocol, which earned nearly $700M around the world and became Cruise’s highest grossing film to date in his storied career. The Mission Impossible films are a series of action films based on the television series of the same name. The movie feature Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, an IMF agent. Mission Impossible series is the 13th highest grossing film series of all time with over $2 billion worth of worldwide gross.

Cruise will once again play daredevil special agent Ethan Hunt, who is charged with a variety of assignments by the shadowy Impossible Missions Force. Few other details are known about the new film, such as whether sidekicks Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton and Simon Pegg are likely to have another outing after the success of Ghost Protocol.

The project is expected to announce a writer and also a director shortly and will be developed by Cruise, Paramount and J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot, who served as producers on previous films in the hit series. The full cast has not yet been announced and the casting directors are now taking actor submissions for feature and extra roles in the newest Mission Impossible installment.
